01 · The brief
The assignment and its real constraints
Create a trusted member network with verified profiles, fast communication, events, and practical career support across web and mobile.
Establish enough identity trust for member discovery and sensitive community interactions.
Make urgent requests work even when a member is not actively using the application.
Bring directory, messaging, events, notices, and career support into one understandable mobile product.
02 · My mandate
What I owned
- ✓Turned association workflows and safety needs into a coherent mobile scope.
- ✓Led mobile architecture, implementation, integration, and production release.
- ✓Connected verified identity, communication, and operational modules to the wider platform.
03 · Technical judgment
Decisions that shaped the system
Build trust into the member model
Verified profiles became the foundation for directory search, communication, and community access instead of a secondary account detail.
Use the channel that fits the urgency
Blood requests used SMS-assisted alerts and donor contact flows so a critical message was not limited to in-app attention.
Unify the experience without flattening it
Member, event, notice, career, and welfare workflows share navigation and identity while retaining the controls each workflow needs.
04 · Execution
From discovery through production
Step 1
Mapped the association’s member, safety, event, and career workflows with the people responsible for operating them.
Step 2
Prioritized trusted identity and communication as the foundation for the broader mobile experience.
Step 3
Built the verified directory, messaging, event, notice, and urgent-request flows and integrated them with the wider platform.
Step 4
Led validation and production release, resolving integration issues across the mobile and backend surfaces.
